It is one of the BEST resources out there. I have signed up with Rockwell Trading and their entire 4 session training was developing and writing your trading plan with all your rules defined. It is not an easy task but nothing I find about trading has been easy :) I personally realize the importance of an education and the plan lets you define who you are going to be and how you see yourself fitting into the world of trading. I realize the Trading plan is a living document that needs constant review and writing it has been one of the toughest things I have ever had to do. Hand holding and encouragement would go a long way in helping a beginner conquer this very difficult but rewarding task. Been signed up for INO close to a year now.
