Put Call Ratio Points to Oversold

Late last week, the total CBOE put call ratio reached 1.27. This is a level which has previously been associated with an oversold market. I don’t think we’re going to get a lasting rally from this, but I wouldn’t be surprised that a snap-back rally is around the corner.
