					<description>stantam, I'll try to find the chart again but basically what I'm saying is that while we are at the lows last seen in the early 1990's this single reading doesn't mean that we should bounce higher immediately since back then, we saw extremes week after week until finally, the market took off. Bear markets are vicious and only give up after grinding the bones of every single bull out there.</description>
