					<description>As far as i can see the January indicator works just 75% of the time, not a conclusive percentage.. it also seems to me that these seasonal indicators don't work very well in abnormal times.

Investors Chronicle ran a very good piece in the summer 08 on how we should very likely see a Presidential rally ahead of the election based on 50 yrears of prior stock market performance data, result-down 35%!

I would not rely much on these types of indicators at present until conditions normalize.</description>
